CLEAR Education was born from my passion for helping educational leaders and teachers create meaningful and lasting improvements in student outcomes. With 27 years in education, including 25 years in building and district leadership and still going, I have learned that student success is not accidental. It is the result of intentional systems designed to work together in service of learning.

At CLEAR Education, we believe that coherence across a school system is essential to sustainable improvement.
